What You’ll Do:

  • Benchmark development: Identify and define key performance metrics, creating benchmarking frameworks to evaluate performance across the partnership ecosystem.
  • Data-driven insights: Leverage large datasets to uncover business insights that influence strategic decision-making and product innovation
  • Performance monitoring: Build and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics. Establish automated monitoring systems for continuous assessment of business outcomes.
  • Collaboration:  Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver insights that drive better product development and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Advanced analytics: Utilize statistical methods, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize performance, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting and communication: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring key findings inform decision-making.
  • Process improvements: Continuously evaluate and optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and relevant Benchmarking and Insights.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay informed on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, proactively exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

What You Have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards to generate  insights and reports.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities in modeling and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform decisions.
  • Communication:  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: A proactive learner who is adaptable to new skills, technologies, and evolving business needs.
  • Excited to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to impactful projects.
