Work Description

• Provide field Software and Hardware support to Data Management Teams on Electronic Systems used for Data collation at Facility and Sub-district level.

Technical Work Responsibilities

• Software and Hardware support 
• General Administration
• Liaise with Customers

Requirements
Education

• Diploma in Information technology
• Grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification

Experience 

• Experience in Electronic Systems used in DoH Facilities

Requirements

• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics 
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package as an End User
• Understanding of XML and SQL
• Overnight travel may be required
• Own car for business travel
• Valid driver’s license 
• SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa 
• Wlling to work overtime
