9. The format of lectures can be expected to be face-to-face, via remote teaching, or a combination/hybrid format. Facilitation and assessment formats will be subject to change on short notice.
10. Lecturers will be expected to have their own laptop computer.
11. Successful applicants will be required to lecture on the relevant CUT campus and will be required to be available at the assigned subject’s scheduled class hours, which may include work in the evening.

Minimum and Desired Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience   

1. An appropriate B. Tech /Advanced Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma, Honours, Master’s or Doctorate degree (depending on the level of presentation)
2. For Academic Literacy and Communication Studies candidates must have Academic Literacy background, Language Practice qualification or English /English Education as a minimum requirement
3. Previous lecturing experience will serve as a recommendation.
4. Experience with electronic education (Blackboard) is recommended.
