- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License and own transport
- 5 years of hands-on experience in building or property maintenance
- Proven track record in managing maintenance staff or facilities operations
- Strong generalist handyman skills in electrical, paintwork, plumbing, woodwork, and mechanical repair
- Excellent Communication skills in both English & Afrikaans (Verbal & Written)
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and operate tools and heavy equipment
- Flexibility to work various environmental conditions, including outdoor, washbay and workshop areas
- Ability to climb ladders and operate on roofs
- Reside in or around the Stellenbosch area
