SALARY : R932 292 per annum (Level 11), (all-inclusive salary MMS package)

REQUIREMENTS :

• A National Diploma (NQF level 6 qualification) in Computer Science or Information Technology and a valid driver's license.
• Experience: 3 years junior management experience in an ICT environment.
• Knowledge: Networking, Hardware and Software, SharePoint infrastructure, Microsoft support, Helpdesk operations management, ICT Security, 4IR support, GIS infrastructure support, Project management, RSA Constitution, Public Service Act, Public Administration Management Act, Public Service Regulations, Directive on Human Resources Management and Development for Public Service professionalization, Labour Relations Act, Employee Performance and Management System, Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
• Skills: Computer proficiency, Language, Accuracy, Listening, Presentation, Analytical thinking, Interpersonal relations, Strategic planning, Research, Policy analysis, Time management, Report writing, Problem solving, Communication, Self-disciplined and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, Project management, Project planning, Information management, Relationship management and decision-making. 

DUTIES :

• Manage ICT support services. Manage the provision of ICT Infrastructure. Manage the service level agreement with regard to the operations of the service.
• Manage the provision of ICT administration services. Manage the resources of the sub-directorate.
