Application Deadline : February 09, 2026
- As a Design Traffic Manager at impact.com, you’ll be the engine that keeps our design studio running smoothly. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving marketing environment—making sure the right work is prioritised, resourced, and delivered on time. This role is critical as we continue to scale globally, ensuring our designers can focus on great creative while you remove friction, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders confidently informed.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end flow of design requests, from prioritisation through to delivery, ensuring work moves smoothly across all phases.
- Allocate design resources thoughtfully by balancing team capacity, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
- Maintain accurate, real-time visibility of project status, deadlines, and risks across design boards.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or stalled work and escalate early to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular design status check-ins and ensure clear, timely communication across teams.
- Prepare and deliver a clear Weekly Marketing Design Update, highlighting progress, dependencies, and next actions.
What You Have:
- 3+ years of experience coordinating creative, design, or marketing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using project management tools (Asana experience strongly preferred) to manage boards, timelines, subtasks, and dependencies.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills. You’re comfortable working with designers, managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset: you anticipate issues and act before they become problems.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup and collaborating with teammates across time zones.
