Job description

• In-house maintenance of facilities
• Inspections and Condition assessments
• Administration work
• Updating of records
• Assist Maintenance Coordinators
• Follow up building maintenance related enquiries
• Assist in checking work done by service providers
• Comply with OHS requirements and regulations

Minimum requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen.
• Matric Certificate and a completed National Diploma or N6 in Building, Civil or any related Built Environment.
• Applicants must be unemployed.
• Must not have taken part in any sponsored internship programmes.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Clear criminal record.
