Job Description
- Reporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact within our Analytics Team, in the Martech Capability. We take pride in our work with global clients and industry-leading analytics projects, setting us apart in the digital performance space.
- You’ll contribute to the delivery of advanced digital measurement solutions, ensuring that our clients’ needs are translated into precise, scalable tagging and data strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Translate clients’ needs into data structures, tagging frameworks, and measurement plans, ensuring clear and scalable implementation.
- Lead client conversations, walkthroughs, and solution presentations, providing expert guidance on measurement strategy.
- Be the subject matter expert on digital measurement, with a focus on the Google Marketing Platform and the wider digital environment.
- Configure and manage Google Analytics 4, including advanced features such as custom events, enhanced e-commerce, and cross-domain tracking.
- Implement and debug Google Tag Manager (web and PPC campaigns tagging).
- Test all tracking implementations before handoff, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
- Deliver advanced measurement consulting, including dashboarding, data monitoring, privacy scoring, and optimisation of measurement frameworks.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics and measurement with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4.
- Competence in conducting analyses that accurately attribute conversions to specific advertising interactions (click-through attribution).
- You understand methods that safeguard user privacy while still enabling the collection of essential and privacy-compliant data.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
