About the Role

• We’re seeking a strategic and client-focused Digital Client Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, creating and executing custom digital strategies that drive engagement and growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with our SEO, content, design, and development teams to bring campaigns to life and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems
• Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market trends
• Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Present strategic reports, performance updates, and insights to clients
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing role in digital marketing, advertising, or a related agency environment
• Proven success in developing and managing digital strategies
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
• Experience using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other digital tools
• Background in healthcare or medical marketing is a strong plus
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote environment
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
