Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior, professional service to suppliers and travel planners via phone and email.
• Design creative, out-of-the-box itineraries that showcase the best of luxury travel.
• Handle the entire reservation process, from initial quotes to finalizing bookings, invoices, and travel documents.
• Provide proactive, guest-centric solutions, ensuring every safari is unforgettable.
• Participate in rotational shifts (07:00–15:30 and 09:30–18:00) and take on Saturday, public holiday, and cell phone duties.
• Act as a dependable backup for colleagues and expand your product knowledge through ongoing training.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 5 years of experience in reservations, ideally in a tour operating environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of key travel destinations, including Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, and beyond.
• Familiarity with FIT and group travel policies and procedures.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
• A creative, flexible, and energetic approach with a “can-do” attitude.
• Proficiency with Tourplan reservation systems (preferred) and MS Office
