REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- An NQF level 7 qualification in Information Technology as recognized by SAQA.
- Nyukela Certificate (Certificate for entry into the Senior Management Service from the National School of Government).
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience at a middle/senior management level in applications analysis and design within a learning and development work environment of an organization/institution/department.
Knowledge:

DUTIES:
Strategic Development:
- Manage the development and implementation of the business applications strategy and set clear operational deliverables.
Research and Technological Trends:
- Conduct research on best practices, technological developments, and trends for business learning and development applications.
Curriculum and Assessment Management:
- Manage the coordination and implementation of curriculum development, learner assessment, and delivery modes strategies.
Training Program Management:
- Manage and facilitate the development and implementation of training programmes and plans for business applications and systems.
Learning Outcomes and Curriculum:
- Facilitate and manage the identification of statement aims and intended learning outcomes for the curriculum related to business applications and systems.
Resource Management:
- Oversee the management of human, financial, and other resources.
