REQUIREMENTS :
- A qualification at NQF Level 7 & SAQA recognized in Human Resources Management/ Public Administration/ Public Management. Valid driver’s License.
- Five (5) years’ experience at Middle/ Senior managerial level in Human Resources Management.
DUTIES :
- Provide guidance on the development and implementation of policies, research and monitoring objectives.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, service benefits and employment equity.
- Manage the Employee Health and Wellness programmes and ensure proper planning of GDY matters within the Department.
- Manage MTEF Human Resource Plan submitted to DPSA.
- Manage all resources of the Directorate.
