Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years’ relevant senior managerial experience.
- Extensive experience of working in an audit environment is preferred.
Key Performance Areas
- To enhance the City’s ability to successfully apply performance monitoring systems
- To ensure that the organisation’s indicators, inclusive of corporate and other statutory indicators, are compliant with audit standards
- To raise the performance management maturity level of the organisation and its directorates
- To manage and lead regulatory performance management for IDP and other strategies
- To lead and manage the quality review, verifications and oversight process of scorecards
- To lead the production of the Integrated Annual Report
- To direct and lead effective strategic and operational management of the Department, including financial and resource management
- To facilitate and direct the management of relations with key stakeholders both internally and externally
