Requirements

  •  A relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  •  8 years’ relevant senior managerial experience.
  •  Extensive experience of working in an audit environment is preferred.

Key Performance Areas

  •  To enhance the City’s ability to successfully apply performance monitoring systems
  •  To ensure that the organisation’s indicators, inclusive of corporate and other statutory indicators, are compliant with audit standards
  •  To raise the performance management maturity level of the organisation and its directorates
  •  To manage and lead regulatory performance management for IDP and other strategies
  •  To lead and manage the quality review, verifications and oversight process of scorecards
  •  To lead the production of the Integrated Annual Report
  •  To direct and lead effective strategic and operational management of the Department, including financial and resource management
  •  To facilitate and direct the management of relations with key stakeholders both internally and externally
