Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Translate Group HR strategy into a divisional People Plan aligned to business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the TCHS CEO and Exco on workforce trends, talent risks, and culture.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and union engagement across multiple sites.
  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and Tsebo’s High-Performance Service Culture.
  • Drive transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Ensure HR operational excellence, digitisation, and governance standards.

Qualifications    

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Honors/Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership.
  • Strong HR leadership in services or labour-intensive environments.
  • Proven experience in industrial relations, workforce mobilisation, and multi-site operations
