Draughtsman needed at SKG Properties

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed drawings and plans for projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications
• Review and analyze technical drawings and make necessary revisions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the design and construction process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in the construction industry
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools

SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
