Driver: Forklift needed at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

Job Advert Summary    

• To operate a forklift for movement of goods into and out of work area according to instruction.
• Must be willing to work on a shift basis day & night with weekend work and public holiday’s.
• Previous experience in manufacturing will be beneficial.

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  
• Professional registration  
• Business English: Fluent 
• Work in extreme conditions 
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities    
Operate forklift and move pallets of stock  

• Move stock to and from shelves and vehicles  
• Comply with safety procedures  
• Inspect forklift when signing in and out  
• Report on all damages  
• Move completed pallet to desired destination  
• Adhere to housekeeping standards  

Operate a scanner  

• Receive and action tasks using scanner  
• Print PCL & affix his unique sticker thereon  
• Assist with stock count (when required)
