Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Code 10/C Driver’s License – Valid
- Public Drivers Permit – Valid
- Two years’ experience as a Driver/Messenger
Competencies:
- Strong work ethics and team player
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Proficiency on MS Office (Excel – intermediate, Word – intermediate, PowerPoint – intermediate).
Duties:
- Delivery and Messenger Service as an when required from the various units.
- Staff and Visitor transportation Services
- Vehicle Maintenance and Monitoring
- Conduct office inspections and complete inspection sheets
- Assist Facilities manager to attend to facilities queries in the office as needed
- Collate monthly evidence for all activities for monthly unit reporting
