About the Role

  •  We’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon account management and digital advertising. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes e-commerce, knows how to scale product visibility and performance on Amazon, and has a strong grasp of paid media strategies—especially Amazon PPC and Facebook Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management & Growth

  • Own and grow our Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Optimize product listings with keyword research, SEO, A+ and Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Track Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and marketplace trends.
  • Forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Launch and optimize Amazon PPC, DSP, and Sponsored Ads campaigns.
  • Analyze business reports, ASIN performance, and advertising analytics to improve results.

Performance Optimization & Strategy

  • Use data to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and organic ranking.
  • Conduct competitive research and pricing analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Run A/B tests on listings, pricing models, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback to maintain high ratings and trust.

Facebook Ads & Paid Media

  • Create and manage high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Leverage custom and lookalike audiences for segmentation and retargeting.
  • Monitor performance metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROAS, optimizing as needed.

Multi-Channel Expansion

  • Explore additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Walmart, eBay).
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns for retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate across marketing, content, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5–10 years in e-commerce, with proven success managing and scaling Amazon accounts.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, and DSP.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, especially in e-commerce.
  • Proficient with e-commerce tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, funnel strategies, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage high ad budgets and deliver strong ROAS.
  • Analytical mindset and a love for turning data into action.

KPIs You’ll Own

  • Amazon Revenue Growth – Drive consistent monthly sales increases.
  • Advertising ROI – Optimize ROAS and reduce ACoS across Amazon and Facebook.
  • Conversion Rate Uplift – Improve product page performance and checkout success.
  • Customer Ratings – Boost review quantity and quality to maintain brand excellence.

Role Details

  • Remote position – work from anywhere!
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM EST
