- MTS’s client in the Mining sector is looking for an E-Learning Designer that will develop training material (Video and training manual) for a specific Application or System (Project allocation based). Candidates interested need to have experience in the ADDIE methodology and must have used tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Canva and Vyond. Oracle training experience would be highly beneficial.
Required Experience:
- Methodology/Framework used: ADDIE
- Tools experience: Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Vyond
- Operating System and Application training
- Storyboard creation
- Training plan development
- Content Development
- Self-starter that would be able to sit in meetings and take initiative without being given instruction
Beneficial:
- Oracle training would be highly beneficial
- Mining industry experience
- Experience in project management or PMO environment is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and simulations.
- Create storyboards for classroom and online learning formats.
- Incorporate multimedia elements using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Vyond, and Canva.
- Facilitate workshops and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate training outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and SMEs to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Instructional Design, E-learning, Education, Human Resource Development, or Training and Development.
