The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conceptualising, designing and implementing online training, learning and leadership development programmes that address the Party’s needs
• Coordinating and managing the DA’s online learning platform(s) that house DA learning programmes, to ensure learners can engage in innovative and excellent online learning
• Ensuring the online systems are up to date, safe to use, and integrated with the Party’s systems
• Coordinating functions, projects, and programmes that support the DA as a learning organisation
• Developing innovative and engaging curricula, course materials and assessments, which can be used for development initiatives for the Party’s public representatives, activists and staff

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in education, learning and development, instructional design, multimedia development or a related field
• 2 years’ experience with online training and systems, instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role within the online learning space
• Proficiency in Moodle, Articulate or Rise
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office suite
• Project management experience
• Experience with user testing and feedback collection
