Requirements:

  • The candidate must have a three-year National Diploma in Information Technology, a BSc degree in Computer Science or BCom degree in Information Systems. Three (3) years working experience. 

Duties:

  • Reporting to Head E-Learning, E-Learning Help Desk staff should participate during user training and offer support after training. To raise the level of competence in the use of ICTs for teaching and learning among staff and students. Participate in facilitating and co-ordinating the provision of departmental requests for special learning technologies training programmes. Participate in identifying and developing appropriate opportunities across the curriculum where ICTs can enrich teaching and learning. Keeping abreast of new technological developments and new government initiatives in ICTs in higher education. Participate in the running of online teaching and examination centre.
