Core Role tasks and responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver high standard IT projects within the group standards in order to meet business objectives.
- Business Process and analytical design competence (Functional design).
- Ability to source high quality IT resources to deliver solutions.
- Monitoring performance and progress pro-actively of projects and team members.
- Collection, prioritisation, and packaging of project requirements.
- Ability to operate in an intercultural environment (International development centre).
- Competent in IT project start-up, test management and roll out process as well as the measurement thereof.
- Influence business planning, and assist business in international locations to align to central business and It strategies.
- Obtain Platform decisions in cooperation with central group IT functions.
- Provide cost calculations of Design, Build, and Project management efforts within projects.
- Partner with multi-departmental stakeholders to define opportunities, define and prioritise the project portfolio within cost, time, and resource constraints including execution thereof.
- Leadership, direction and support project services team to ensure appropriate engagement to deliver the project portfolio in line with group policies and frameworks.
- Ability to manage departmental finances including forecasting and monitoring.
- Product quality (deployable, reliable, accepted product that reach user-defined values).
- Applications (inter alia service level agreements) and maintenance.
- Compliance of government requirements (IT-architecture, security, compliance).
- Detailed product requirements.
- Functional (inter alia professional description, documentation, and stakeholder management).
- Non-functional (inter alia IT-architecture, Security, Quality management).
- Agile working model.
- Business and processual design and conception (in refinement process).
- Details of requirements and feature planning, user acceptance tests (technical test).
- Roll-out and training of product solution.
Minimum Requirements
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years IT working experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Production / manufacturing system operations environment.
- Project management certification
- SAP knowledge
- Config or Functional experience advantageous ( SAP MM / WM)
- Manufacturing / Logistics knowledge
- Agile Experience
- ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous)
- JIRA, Confluence, X-RAY
