Essential Responsibilities
- Accountable for all segments’ aggregate Orders, Sales, SM, OM forecast & performance both direct and indirect, price/margin portfolio governance & performance, inventory management as well as market visibility & win rate and market share performance across the zone.
- Responsible for ULS strategy development for the zone, BPR development and execution of business priorities.
- Build business growth opportunities that introduce new products / business model offerings, new channels and utilize new platforms that promote contemporary enhanced customer engagement (Social media, e-commerce etc)
- Regionalize ULS products’ positioning within EAGM, by executing price strategy in accordance with Segment profitability strategy in International.
- Proactively identify customer needs and accelerate value proposition & growth strategies development in coordination with global product managers with a focus on economical, clinical and workflow outcomes tailored to customers segments, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOL).
- Develop and execute a Value Creation and Care Area approach tailored to the market needs in EAGM, in partnership with Segment strategy in International
- By partnering with the LCT GMs, define and agree with them plans and investments, deploying resources coverage to meet financial & operational objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand and analyse market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities and continuously work towards improving market-share across products segments, utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in marketplace.
- Grow IB share & retention by monetizing lifecycle focused Solutions & Programs.
- Effectively manage commercial channels (Direct & Indirect) by designing lean organizational structures supported by strong operating mechanisms.
- Lead & cultivate positive leadership and culture through demonstrating & championing GE HealthCare Operating Principles, promoting horizontal teamwork & driving change.
- Attract, retain and develop world-class commercial talent and motivate the team of highly experienced product, sales & applications professionals. Inspire, develop & grow an efficient & highly performing teams.
- Ensure knowledge and compliance of integrity and company policies across all channels.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.
Required Experience:
- BA/BS Degree.
- Extensive sales/marketing/product leadership experience
- Successful senior level sales management, product, and/or general management experience
- Strong technical competency and understanding of the ULS Product Portfolio
- Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience
- Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes, able to negotiate complex and strategic contracts
- Experience in Channel Partner management for indirect business
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
- Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills. Must be highly skilled at written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers
- Ability to influence as a horizontal team player and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge
- Track record of growth and learning agility
- Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers, displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view

Preferred Experience:
- Master’s/MBA degree
- MedTech Industry experience beyond the GEHC product and solution portfolio
- Familiarity with international business dynamics and cultural nuances, enabling effective leadership in a global context.
