Key Responsibilities:
- Teach five modules per term, within the Management and Leadership Faculty and/or the Applied Psychology Faculty.
- Manage a portfolio of modules or programmes within the Management and Leadership Faculty, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.
- Oversee part-time educators across campuses, who teach related modules or on related programs, within the faculty to maintain consistency in delivery and assessment.
- Provide general academic support to on-campus part-time educators.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in curriculum design, assessment development, and educational content creation.
- Actively contribute to SACAP’s Research and Ethics Committee, including reviewing Honours and Masters research proposals.
- Engage in strategic collaboration with the Head of Campus and the Teaching & Learning leadership team to foster an innovative and supportive academic environment.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of campus culture amongst part-time educators.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology or related field.
- HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist is preferred.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education, with a strong understanding of the South African educational landscape and advancements in artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, academic writing, and digital learning technologies
