Job Description

• Ensure the efficient and operational readiness of emergency calls
• Administer patient care in line with the scope of practice.
• Provide medical services for all MELO24 clients road and events.
• Ensure the safe and rapid transportation of patients to the appropriate medical facility.
• Ensure the accurate completion and submission of all medical reports.
• Quality assurance of medical reports
• Control and administration of medications
• Training and upskilling of staff
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards

Job Requirements

• Must have a Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and PDP
• Must have an appropriate B.Tech EMC / B.Hsc EMC qualification (ECP)
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience at the appropriate level
• Must have an up-to-date registration certificate with HPCSA as an ECP
• Must have completed the CPG upgrade
• Must be able to cope under pressure
• Must have quality assurance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts and overtime as required by the business
• Take up a supervisory role within the business
• High energy levels and tolerance for stress
