Main Job Objectives:

• To equip graduates with real-world engineering experience through active involvement in operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• To build foundational skills and knowledge that support a successful long-term career in engineering and manufacturing.
• To contribute to Shatterprufe’s quality, safety and production goals while learning from experienced professionals.

Do You Possess:

• A completed Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a similar field (recent graduate).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• A strong commitment to producing quality work.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• A valid driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain one within the first few months of the programme).
