- Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an Engineering Superintendent to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive team objectives aligned with broader operational goals.
- Deliver hands-on maintenance and engineering support to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Oversee the rollout and execution of maintenance strategies and standards.
- Improve equipment uptime and overall reliability of production assets.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures within the work area.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of both planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance and installations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N6/National Diploma/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- GCC (Mines & Works) would be advantageous
- 5 years’ experience in the mining industry.
- Valid Driver’s License
