About the job

  • The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and selling of Netstar tracking applications and solutions to the Light Fleet channel
  • Generating sales/leads and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Increasing market share in Light Fleet channel Achievement of the annual revenue/sales target
  • Raise new client profile in CRM. Update CRM records to continually reflect accuracy of deal in sales phasing
  • Convert sales opportunities to wins and invoice. Track billing and survey customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the One-Altron group of Companies to leverage opportunities in our chosen industries
  • Actively drive pending fitments daily to be fitted and be converted into active sales
  • Lead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market for the as signed product or service.
  • Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
  • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • 2 – 5 years work experience in Tracking and Telematics , with direct sales
  • At least 2 years sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high end services, rich and complex IT solutions in the relevant industry.
