- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Manager with a hunter profile to join our commercial team. As an Enterprise Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value enterprise clients. You will leverage your strong understanding of the payments industry, along with your exceptional sales skills, to drive revenue growth and expand Ozow’s market presence. You must be able to open doors and close deals and as a result to meet your monthly, quarterly, and annual New Sales Revenue target.
Your role and responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Prospect and identify new enterprise-level clients within target industries and verticals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including software development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
You are an ideal candidate if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous.
