Job Summary:
- The Estate Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of a portfolio of sites on behalf of our client.
- This role ensures that all facilities meet regulatory, security, and operational standards while optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
- The Estate Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain seamless operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Property and Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of sites.
- Ensure that all properties comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and lease agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with facility guidelines and resolve site-specific issues.
Stakeholder and Tenant Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for bank representatives, landlords, and other management teams.
- Address operational concerns raised by banking partners and resolve any service-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with mall administration regarding leasing terms, facility usage, and compliance.
Query Management & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all lease-related inquiries from internal teams, landlords, property managers, and tenants.
- Investigate and resolve lease-related disputes or discrepancies, collaborating with legal, finance, and real estate teams as needed.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to lease-related queries while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in property management, preferably within banking, retail, or commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple sites across different locations.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Property and/or Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or retail property management.
