What You’ll Do
- Champion the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools—setting the gold standard for delivery across our global teams.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Monitor global project portfolios to ensure disciplined schedule, cost and quality management.
- Provide strategic oversight for high-profile, complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Drive process & tooling improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as an advisor and advocate for best-in-class project management practices.
- Represent the organization at corporate events, sharing thought leadership and driving our reputation as a center of excellence.
Is This Opportunity Right for You?
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management & PMO operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within global organizations.
- Proven track record of PMO establishment, managing large complex project portfolios, and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in large Telco BSS (Catalogue, Order Management, CRM, Billing, OCS) implementations
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
- Experience in the Media and/or Financial Services sectors is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel globally to engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
