  • The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for Electrical or Electro-mechanical disciplines due to the nature of the equipment involved.
  • A Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC) is mandatory, and additional qualifications in Facilities Management, MBA, or MBL are advantageous.
  • You should have 15 years of relevant work experience, including 8 years in Engineering and Senior Management roles, with expertise in CRM, Property Management, and a variety of technical and core areas such as general building maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and contract management.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, SAP, and knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001, and risk management systems are essential. 
  • The role demands financial oversight, customer engagement, operational strategy development, and adherence to statutory and governance requirements. A valid SA Driver’s License is required.
