Expert Financial Advisor needed at IWCP : Insurance & Wealth Creation Professionals

Job Summary

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized financial advice to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing customized financial plans, and offering guidance on investments, insurance, tax strategies, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Analyze financial data and develop strategies to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Recommend investment products, savings strategies, and risk management solutions.
• Monitor clients’ financial portfolios and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with financial regulations, market trends, and economic forecasts.
• Educate clients on the benefits and risks of different financial strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, LLB, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred).
• At least 2 years proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or wealth management firm.
• Understanding of estate planning and insurance products.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
