About the Role
This high-RPM manufacturing role oversees production data and ensures 100% compliance with quality and safety standards in a specialized joinery plant. Utilizing SAP for supply chain integration and Oracle for cost-modeling, the manager mitigates operational risk in the fabrication lifecycle. Their leadership leverages data-driven insights to optimize output and ensures the commercial reliability of large-scale carpentry projects.
Key Abilities:
- Good understanding of carpentry, joinery and tools associated with the trade
- Strong technical ability including interpreting and understanding of sketches and plans
- Site visits to confirm and check measurements
- Experience in the use of machinery of the trade
- Similar or associated experience in carpentry and joinery
- Ability to take the lead on projects as well as in the manufacturing environment
- Take responsibility for general management of their division within the company
- Must be a ‘hands on’ person who is not afraid to ‘get their hands dirty’
