MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified diesel mechanic and or trade test certificates
• Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems, and building maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintaining the following
• General maintenance
• Electrical
• Welding & lathe
• Pumps
• Servicing of tractors
• Proven experience to manage all maintenance activities which includes typically the following: planning, Job Cards, time management, maintenance personnel management, client liaison, supply support of maintenance materials and other.
• Previous experience with fabrication, design, repairs and maintenance of the factory
• Computer literate
• Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid driver’s license
