• We’re seeking a talented Feature Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products and rewards programs. As a Feature Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to elicit and understand business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify user needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable user stories.
• Create detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and aligned with the product vision.
• Embrace Agile principles and practices to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and QA.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, share insights, and drive consensus.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and tests.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing project risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst in digital projects and rewards programs.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.
