Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they board the ship
• Assist with check-in and registration process
• Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay
• Coordinate and manage guest activities and events
• Utilize multilingual skills to communicate with guests from different countries and cultures
• Ensure all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Fluent in multiple languages (English proficiency required)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
