Administration 

  • Capturing of information diligently/precisely 
  • Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports 
  • Dispositioning call outcomes accurately. 
  • Escalating queries/complaints timeously 

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress 
  • FSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS) 
  • Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customer satisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversight and client resolution, secretarial/admin experience
