Key Responsibilities    

• Quality control monitoring of goods manufactured at CMTs and service providers including but not limited to: Cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating and finishing services.
• Liaising with the Design Division Garment Technologists on quality issues
• Liaising with the Design Division technical teams, operations managers and planners.
• AQL reports and S4 reports
• Reporting and monitoring of all quality issues arising at the factory.
• Implementation and measurement of action plans.
• Mentoring and training for improvement.
• Daily reports to Head Office
• Able to manage priority workloads, appointments and schedules

Qualifications and Experience    

• Clothing manufacturing experience in a factory environment
• Minimum experience 3-5 years in a similar role or level of responsibility.
• Experience in a Field Quality Auditor role at senior auditor/supervisory level.
• Experienced in conducting AQL (Level 2.5 major, 4 Minor) inspections and compiling AQL and S4 reports.
• Code 8 Drivers licence
• Basic computer literacy and excel skills is advantageous.
