Field Service Site Manager -Engineering Job at MPRTC Recruitment

• Oversee site operations, safety, project planning, team management, client relationships, and performance reporting while driving productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• National Certificate NQF Level 4; Engineering or Business Administration degree advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years' management experience, preferably in site operations or project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering products including drives, belting, hydraulics, and VSDs.
• Experience with safety management systems and site compliance.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Willingness to work after hours for site breakdown support.
