In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Provide on-demand front line field service support & workshop repairs to Hach customers
- Install and verify proper operation of instrument systems at customer sites
- Create and maintain service records using provided documents
- Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical instrument systems
- Ability to operate instrumentation including multi-meters, and data acquisition equipment
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BS Degree/ Diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering, or experience that demonstrates related equivalence required
- 2 – 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
