Finance Intern – 18-Month Internship Programme

• Location: Sommerset West 
• Duration: 18 Months
• Stipend: R3,500 per month

About the Opportunity

• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has completed their N6 TVET Certificate in Financial Management and is looking to gain practical workplace experience in Finance.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed N6 TVET Certificate in Financial Management or a related field.
• Must be under the age of 28 years.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and develop practical finance skills.
• Professional, organized, and able to work well in a team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with capturing and updating financial information.
• Assist with processing invoices and financial documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining financial records.
• Capture data on Excel spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with basic reconciliations and checking financial information.
• File and organize finance-related documents.
• Assist the Finance team with general administrative duties.
• Provide support with basic reports and other finance-related tasks.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
