Key Responsibilities:

  • VAT Management: Ensure accurate VAT calculations, prevent under or overpayments, and handle VAT claims.
  • Invoice Tracking: Record all invoices paid and received, maintaining a clear and organized financial record.
  • Personal Invoices: Address instances where personal invoices are made out to the business.
  • Warehouse Reconciliation: Conduct checks in line with warehouse procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Client Queries & Administration: Handle client queries and general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Logistics Coordination: Book deliveries, track ETAs, and manage basic logistics.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Completed Bcom Degree
  • 3 – 5 years commercial experience
  • Ability to take on initial tasks independently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
