Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Customer and Supplier account reconciliations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries (this can involve contacting stores via telephone and email, liaising with the operations support team and vendors).
  • Check and validate employee incentives to ensure compliance.
  • Internal and external invoicing as well as recharges to Divisions
  • General Ledger reconciliations
  • Handle all queries and supply feedback once query is resolved
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Prepare schedules and relevant information to be included in the Monthly Management Pack.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric
  • B Com (Accounting or Finance) or B Tech (Accounting)
  • SAP advantageous
  • 2-3 years in a similar role

Skills:

  • Reconciliation and Analysis 
  • Accounting and Reporting 
  • Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment with senior executives  
  • Ability to draft commentary, analyse information to establish key messages, present information both visually and written
