Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our team. This role combines deep financial expertise with functional implementation capabilities, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions using modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O solutions, with particular emphasis on financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, Tax and Financial Reporting
  • Configure and customize financial processes, workflows, and business rules according to business requirements
  • Architect and develop custom solutions and integrations within the D365 F&O platform
  • Document complex business report requirements for delivery by third parties
  • Manage solution deployment and release management using Azure DevOps
  • Provide functional leadership in agile project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
  • Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the F&O platform
  • Mentor junior team members on functional best practices and financial process implementation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 across the globe
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps, build and release pipelines is a bonus
  • Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power Platform integration
  • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery

Functional Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX2012 (minimum 5 years)
  • Azure DevOps

  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
