Basic Requirements:
Formal Tertiary education:
- Grade 12
Experience:
- Experience with use of MS Office (Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel imperative)
- Good communication and organizational skills required
- Good time management skills
Languages:
- English – Read, write and speak (required)
- Drivers Licence: Code B
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Finance functions & duties
- Supporting benefits administration & recordkeeping
- Assisting with preparation of VAT submissions to SARS
- Assisting with preparation of compliance documentation and journals for the Jendamark Group and related entities
- Assisting with the preparation of APDP permits and claims
- Assisting with preparation of Management accounts
- Assisting with preparation of related finance reports
- Travel Coordination
- Personal Administration for the Operations Director
- Providing administrative support by entering, formatting & printing information and organizing work
- Supporting the Company Code of Conduct and all Company policies
- Preparation and execution of ad hoc finance related tasks
- Ability to work as an individual when required and as a team with a common end goal.
