Finance Data Capturer needed at Allan Gray Makers

Purpose of Role

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented finance data capturer to join our team to assist with finance administration duties. You should have a keen interest in Finance / Accounting / bookkeeping administration/ invoice capturing  or have career aspirations in this field. If you are passionate about this field, then this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your skills.

Objectives of Role

• Capture and process all company invoices.
• Allocate all expense claims and credit cards to general ledger accounts.
• Assist the team with general administration / finance duties.
• Assist with related queries.
• May assist with financial reporting and other ad hoc duties
• Experience and Qualifications
• Graduate with a National Diploma/ Degree Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.
• Must be a South African citizen
• Cape Town based.

Competencies

• Keen interest in Finance / Accounting / Bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administration skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor.
