Key responsibilities:

• Perform daily revenue reconciliations and receipt investigations
• Maintain accurate bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end inventory analysis and reconciliations
• Assist with Marketplace-related queries and issues
• Manage the end-to-end customer refund process, including reviewing refund requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with established refund policies and procedures.
• Support internal departments with customer credits, invoices, and related financial documentation as required.
• Handle queries from banks and payment partners related to customer payments, refunds, and transaction discrepancies.
• Provide support and guidance to customer service representatives and other team members on transaction authorization and refund-related processes, including training on policies and best practices.
