About the role

  • Reckitt is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join our team. You’ll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you’ll not only crunch numbers; you’ll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders, including the Finance Director and the pioneering minds of our eCommerce division. Your responsibilities
In summary, you’ll:

  • Lay the groundwork for all facets of financial planning, including strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
  • Be instrumental in the automation of eCommerce reporting, utilising existing data architectures.
  • Provide guidance and implement best practises for accounting compliance and consistent financial reporting across the division.
  • Engage in a variety of ad hoc analyses, ranging from margin analysis to exploring new business models.

The experience we’re looking for

  • Ability to flourish in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
  • Postgraduate qualification(Honours degree) specializing knowledge in corporate finance,investment,risk ect
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) SA
  • 12 years post articles experience advantage
  • Strong Excel capabilities and a love for working with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A detailoriented mindset that also appreciates the broader perspective.
  • Inventive problemsolving skills, with a flair for creativity.
  • Basic knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.

Career Growth & Education

A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance is mandatory, with career growth accelerated by pursuing a CA(SA) or CIMA designation. Advancement leads to Financial Controller or Commercial Manager roles within the multinational FMCG sector. Participating in executive leadership bootcamps and mastering automated financial systems provides a path to senior high-paying global leadership positions.

Salary & Financial Insight
