Finance Manager| Isuzu Kimberley Job at Motus Holdings Limited

• We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team at Isuzu Kimberley. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the dealership, ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures, and providing financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial activities of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and targets
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
• Manage cash flow and working capital requirements
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Supervise a team of finance professionals and oversee daily finance operations
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional financial qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
